Brought in my old vinyl turntable which wasn't working on a Saturday afternoon. I had no idea what the issue could be. I called ahead and they mentioned the technician could have a look at it the following week. I arrived and they opened it up and inspected the unit and found the culprits: a worn out belt and needle. They immediately replaced the 2 parts on the spot. I also asked them to plug it into their sound system to give me the piece of mind that everything was working perfectly. They also took the time to answer all of my questions. They were very attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to return and refer them to my friends. Thanks!

An 'old school' feel to buying your audio equipment. Very attentive and quality service, especially if you get lucky with Bernie or even Vince. If you're looking for wireless (bluetooth speakers), headphones, audio components like amplifiers or speakers...look no further. For crying out loud don't go to Best Buy! LOL.
