One small silver lining of on delivery apps like Uber Eats is small businesses like this can be showcased. Naha has small Ghost Kitchen set up likely in her home but the food is amazing! It was my first time trying Mauritanian food and it was delicious! Like my parents native Morrocco this dish and the Couscous that she offered at the time are time invested and full of flavour foods. There was fish with bones(disclaimer for those squemish) and fishballs which when done properly add aroma to dish. There's also root vegetables and whole grain most likely cooked to soft tender. The Bissap Juice she had was a little small but packed with flavour and sweetness of citrus and mint and hibiscus. Strong Recommend
