Just had a wonderful facial. Easily one of the best I have ever had. Not a pretentious place, just very clean and efficient. The staff are lovely and they know their skin ! The level of detail and quality of the service was really exceptional, at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend !

I purchased a Groupon for a year of laser hair removal treatments. Went this past week for a consultation and was told that my skin complexion was too dark for the machines they had, but they would still do a spot test and if my skin darkened or lightened then I should request a refund through Groupon. After the spot test I was told they'd call me after 72 hours but I haven't received a call and am disappointed that in 2020 people with dark complexions are still being excluded from the beauty industry. They clearly know not everyone comes in the same shade and as a business should have the tools to accommodate those requesting their services or at least refer me to someone that does. Please do better when it comes to inclusivity.
