I have been waiting for my counters that I ordered from Ikea (summum is their subcontractor) for three months now and they are still looking for my bill. Hopefully this gets seen by a manager at Summum and improves their process of dealing with Ikea customers. Edit. They finally come take the measurements 15weeks later. They say counters will be ready within 2 weeks. 4 days later I get a call. Project will be more expensive of 195 dollars. Ok I guess...at this point I'm losing so much because the project is so late that I accept.. but get this I need to physically go to Ikea and change the bill... Only when they get that Proof will they start production... I think I had enough... I am gonna go to Ikea and just get reimbursed. Edit #2 I finally got reimbursed by Ikea. The customer service experience was so bad at Summum that I am happy they didn't get any of my money... It is truly mind boggling that a countertop company is so bad at customer service when they have a dedicated account manager for Ikea orders. I have wrote a letter to the Ikea store manager explaining how their customers get treated... Hopefully things will change...

I received excellent service from this company. My quartz counter was ready within 1 week from the time of measurement. The installers were super friendly and did a great job. My counter looks amazing and we couldn't be happier!
MY EXPERIENCE WITH SUMMUM GRANITE WAS TERRIBLE. THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. THEY GAVE ME INCORRECT INFORMATION AND DID NOT HELP WHEN THERE WERE PROBLEMS BECAUSE OF THEIR MISINFORMATION. DO NOT BUY YOUR COUNTERS HERE.
I got from the Summum team an excellent service, the product that was delivered is a high quality product.
fantastic employees make the difference courteous ,clean,punctual the quality of work is great . my kitchen looks great.
We bought our cabinets and counter tops at IKEA, and they subcontract their granite at Summum. Make sure all the cabinets are perfectly level, because the first visit to measure everything is free, but if they have to come back because something was not level, it will cost you an extra 150.00.
Can't even tell you if the counter is good. I've been trying to get an appointment and leaving messages for two days...nobody even bothers to call back. I'm getting very uneasy about this. Bought the quartz counter through IKEA and this is apparently their supplier
