Last week, we saw a publicity on the metro newspaper, it was a sale organized at November 2019 weekends. We went today. Totally worth it! We bought all our Winter jackets. There are winter jackets, wool coats, blouses, long sleeved shirts, pants, leggings, for women, men and children. Good service and excellent discounts!

I purchased a lightweight jacket which was indicated that it is Wind Proof and Water Proof. In the first rainy day it started soaking water around a few minutes walking outside and i felt wet all over my body. I wrote an e-mail about this problem to their customer service but i have not recieved any response for weeks. I do not recommend this brand to anybody because this company do not stand behind their products!

Quand je suis venue à Point Zéro sur la rue Chabanel, j'ai été mal reçue par la secrétaire à l'accueil. En effet, elle ne parlait pas bien français et elle m'a renvoyé avec la phrase suivante: \Ce n'est pas ici. C'est dans le Marché Central.\ Voyant mon erreur, je lui ai demandé : - Pouvez-vous me donner l'adresse, s'il vous plaît? Elle m'a répondu sèchement pour se débarrasser de moi: - À côté de Tommy Hilfiger et Calvin Klein! Si vous voulez mon avis, Point Zero devrait embaucher des employés plus entregents, car moi, je vais déconseiller à tout mon entourage d'aller magasiner chez une entreprise qui méprise complètement ses clients. Conseil: Allez magasiner ailleurs! Vous aurez un meilleur service!
