This place is wonderful. It offers something different to do in the winter here in Montreal. Work up a sweat, meet some new friends, get trained by an experienced coaching team and get assistance from helpful, friendly and professional staff. The place is new and doesn't have bad ordor from people's sweat which is great. They make their classes fun, so you feel like going back. So yes, I would highly recommend this place to other people. It's worth giving a try if you are looking for a great workout and something different to do to spice up your life during the winter months.

After a long break in training me, because of an accident, I chose this place to get back and I'm really glad. The coaches, the program and all the others make it an incredible and pleasant ambiance, very high adrenaline. Good administration ,nice place.
