If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I ordered online for the first time about a week ago and am already placing my second now! The customer service has been quite possibly the best I have ever experienced - the CEO Diana emailed me the day of placing my order to express her gratitude and offer to help if I needed it (this is unheard of and honestly what separates a business that is going to thrive to those that will not due to lack of genuine care for their customers). Second, I placed my order on a Friday and received it by Monday!!! They were so prompt in shipping my order. The overall experience was great and motivated me to place another order today. Thank you Diana & Team! You guys are doing amazing :)
I've only ever ordered online from TN&F (as I don't live in Montreal), but let me just say...EVERYTHING about this supplement store is AMAZING! They not only have the best product line, but the customer service is just 10/10. Diana and her team are seriously the sweetest and they always email to say thank you whenever you order, include awesome samples, and they're just extremely helpful and kind. Shipping is also cheap and very fast. I love this store so much :)
