TERRIBLE experience. One of our items was lost during the move, we know it went into the truck, but we couldn't find it after the move. When we called about it, they said they would look into it and call back, they never did. When we called again, they said it was just lost and there's nothing to do about it and hung up. I don't know how that's acceptable.

Great experience. I hired 2 movers and they worked hard the entire time trying to finish as fast as they could. They were able to safely transport 2 giant mirrors for me (one not framed) and also load a very heavy mattress by themselves. They have a lot of equipment for moving just about anything, but if you have something in particular you are worried about you should ask. I will use this service when I move again
