So much more than expected. Egypt is not to be missed and Wingbuddy gave us all we could hope for at an incredibly reasonable price. Nonstop flights were hassle free. Great hotels with amazing food buffets. Fabulous Nile cruise with fascinating optional and included tours. The pyramids, Sphynx, and Valley of the Kings was just a warm up for the huge variety of temples that we were privileged to explore. I was astounded by the beauty of the temples and the relatively intact condition they were in. I found them more impressive than even the Greek, Turkish or Roman ruins. So much incredible history in this fascinating country. Our guide Ahmed Wahab absolutely made the trip for us. He was everything you could ever want in a guide and more knowledgeable, caring, patient, organized and fun than any you could wish for. Wingbuddy did a great job with the itinerary, giving us 3 distinctly different experiences: the history, pyramids, temples, museums and tombs; the Nile River cruise with amazing scenery and a more relaxed pace; and then total "catch your breath" at the lovely resort on Makadi Bay on the Red Sea. There were coral reefs within feet of the shore and even without snorkelling you could see the different corals and a wide variety of fish. Lovely rooms, warm ocean water, sand beach, lovely pools and fabulous food. Plus, if you chose more activity, a variety of optional tours driving in the sand dunes, diving and snorkelling trips, a Bedouin village tour, or an amazing spa day, all at great prices. This is a trip that will not disappoint.

This company scams the customers. They are not giving any customers refunds that had cancelled trips due to Covid-19. The company has awful customer service, and is extremely hard to reach. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT EVER BOOK ANY TRIPS FROM WINGBUDDY. It’s extremely disappointing that a Canadian company is refusing to refund Canadian customers money during a global pandemic. Please take this as a sign to not ever book through Wingbuddy. There are hundreds of us who have been scammed thousands of from Wingbuddy. Spent over 3000 on a trip and they are keeping my money because they “do not want to go out of business”.

Well we just booked a Danube River Cruise for next May. This is all new to us and I have to say I was so happy with the customer service from Wingbuddy. They were so efficient and helpful, any nerves I had were put to rest. If our trip goes anything like this booking experience we will be blessed. So looking forward to it, thanks Wingbuddy for starting this journey out on such a positive note.

I can not say enough about how amazing this tour was. From the moment we booked (great service online) to the moment we left there was great service the entire time. Landing in Egypt and coming down the stairs to a smiling face of Mina who walked us through the airport and visa and Mohamed who was the tour guide of tour guides (I wish that everyone who took this trip could get him...his knowledge is fantastic!) we were treated like royalty. The amount you see between the Pyramids, Tombs, Temples, you will be blown away! You must do everything...from the hot air balloon ride, the carriage ride in Luxor, every side tour offered just made the experience that much more amazing. The only down fall was the alabaster store when we were finished at Queen Hatshepsut's temple....there I felt ripped off, I am not good at bartering and we understood that it was fixed prices (and it wasn't). I paid 500 for two statues which are nice but yes...watch out for that, that is a rip off!. When booking see if you can upgrade to a suite on the ship, best thing we did..so much space!! The ship's staff were so much fun and again great service. The hotels chosen were all great and while there were people on our tour that weren't too happy with the train ride...we loved it, LOL it is all about the experience (and it really isn't that bad, honest). When it was time to leave Egypt we headed off to the airport and Mina and Fiaz took such great care of us again, I can't thank them enough. This was my first tour with Wingbuddy, actually with anyone, and this set the bar pretty high, thank you again for a trip of a life time...and I can't wait to come back! If you are thinking of booking this trip...do not hesitate..do it!

My fiancée and I are one of the many couples who have had to cancel/postpone our wedding due to COVID19. We booked a 3 week honeymoon to Greece and Italy for early October with Wingbuddy. We first contacted them March 17th to explain the situation. We were hoping to obtain a credit (if not a refund) as other travel companies are offering to their customers, to use on our future honeymoon. They indicated our deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable, with no other options. They are not willing to work with us or offer any sort of credit/refund. Several other travel companies have responded in a way that acknowledges the stressors involved for travelers and offer some type of support. Wingbuddy is not one of them. This is a company that does not have an ounce of compassion. As a Canadian based organization, we would have expected better. We wanted to share this with our community so that they are aware of companies that have no regard for what their customers are going through. This is the last thing any bride or any individual wants to deal with during such a difficult time. I regret booking with Wingbuddy and as you can imagine, I will never book with this company again. Terrible customer service and experience.
