Stayed here for the weekend. The view from the hotel is quiet amazing, I would definitely recommend paying extra to get a balcony with lake view. The breakfast was a bit pricey but the selections was good with decent vegan options. The stay comes with a Rivera Card that allows you to use the transportation and museum for free which is a great deal for long stays. I highly recommend the Chilon Castle. Overall a great experience, will definitely come back again.

Most rooms are with first row unobstructed view of Geneva lake and the mountains behind it. Right on the lake promenade, great location. Breakfast was very good.

To call this a spa would be a bit outrageous as there is one small-medium sized indoor pool and one jacuzzi (for approximately 6 people). I visited a late afternoon during the week so it wasn't crowded. The facility, changing rooms and shower is clean and staff is friendly! Fortunately kids are also allowed which is a great plus.

Good hotel services. Not too friendly staff at the breakfast restaurant. Front desk staff is friendly and courteous. Hotel needs refurbishment though. Great views from the hotel lobby and rooms if you choose a room with lake view.

We had a great stay at Royal Plaza hotel, the reception staff was very helpful providing us good information as we are here at Montreux for the first time. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities are good. Make sure you ask for a room with lake view if available. You don’t want to miss out the scenery there.

Beautiful view. But service is 3 star hotel maximum. Cleaning lady is very nice and polite they should welcoming guests, not some guy from Canada
