Fantastic, personal folks - yesterday I placed an order for 2 coins. Just moments ago I received a call from them. The wonderful lady said she noticed the shipping costs seemed rather high for two coins, did I mean to choose that option vs another much lower cost option? I said no, I must not have been careful enough yesterday. She said she was immediately giving me a refund for the difference in the shipping costs, and shipping them out momentarily. WHO TAKES THE TIME TO BE THAT THOUGHTFUL ANYMORE?? And even as I write this an email just popped up from them providing details of the refund. Listen, if they are paying attention to that level of detail to ensure a great customer experience, you have to know this business takes great joy in their day-to-day service to their customers. HIGHLY recommend.
