The whole experience was really easy and great. It was so easy to book an appointment with the dentist and all of the precautions were in place for Covid. We were reminded of our appointment a day before and did not have to wait too long to be seen. Once inside the surgery Dr Gill was fantastic. He made us feel really welcome and explained what he was going to do clearly. He was professional and caring. would highly recommend this surgery to everybody.

Fantastic team, so professional. Nothing is too much trouble for the reception team, lovely ladies. Dr Gill, you’ve done a fantastic job with my teeth using the Invisalign teeth straightening method. I can smile with confidence after many many years. You’re never too old to have a brand new smile, just wished I hadn’t wasted all those years of not smiling, hiding . Amazing job, so happy. All the workers at the practice are lovely, professional and make sitting in a dentist chair actually pleasant! They are also truly there whenever you have any concerns no matter what day or time it is, which really helped me when I needed to speak with them urgently. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of getting aligners with them, as you pay for not only a quality product, but outstanding service as well.

I was seen and given my Invisalign Braces quickly, everything was explained and I was offered support when/if required. They follow up and check in with you. They offered good payment plan options, though they were too high for me, I had to do my budget and say what I could afford and have this checked, to see if it was ok to pay a lower amount, before I knew if I could go ahead. The dentist and team were super nice and supportive about it and they understood. I was really excited to start my treatment. I arrive on time, and I am kept waiting outside for 15/20 minutes and in this weather, with winter fast approaching, it is not really ideal or right, as I was on time. If I was late, by that margin of time, I don't know that I would refuse to be seen, though I have been in the past at a Dentist/Doctors, where I have been late by 10 minutes. When an appointment is made, this could be respected, as I arrive early to respect the Dentists time. Otherwise I am really happy, and my treatment is going well, they work fast and answer all questions you have, so you feel comfortable and at ease- so I am really happy so far. Thank you.
