Moontower is a very nice apartment with great amenities, however, the elevators and parking garage are a complete mess. Often only one of the three elevators are working meaning you have to wait 10 minutes for the elevator to come to your floor only to find that it is already packed and you have to take the stairs. This issue should have been resolved in August when the apartment first opened but it is now the end of January. I can only imagine the mess this would create if students weren't in online classes. Additionally, for what they charge for parking, they need to start towing individuals that don't pay to park.
