An incredibly helpful person and business owner who clearly cares a lot about his work but also about how to help people out as much as he can. I went to try and get a magnum key cut but was given two different codes by my landlord. The owner worked with me to discern which code it was most likely to be. We then get the key ordered in a really speedy time. However the key did not work for my door. The fault for this was my landlords but the owner still gave me a full refund and found out a locksmith who had the machinery to get the key cut by sight. For an experience which was not made easy by landlord Moor Cobbler Shoppe made it as easy an experience as it could be from their end. Cannot recommend this business highly enough.
