Customer Service extremely poor. Best Buy in Moore does not stand behind their product. I bought a 1100.00 TV from them has a big black line going down the center of the TV and because I didn't pay for their extra warranty. All I wanted to do was exchange it. Nope Sorry not doing that here at best buy should have paid more money for the warranty. Any one that reads this Sam's club will always take care of their members no matter what. Especially on exchanges its no questions asked. Guess that's why best buy is hurting for business.

Not very crowded, everyone was wearing a mask. Was able to pick up an online order in less than a minute.
Do not shop here! If you do not wear a mask, they will call the cops and tell them there is a disturbance. If your store policy is to wear a mask, you MUST ask someone to leave before it is trespassing. To bad you couldn’t press trespassing charges cause you didn’t even ask my family to leave before calling the police...wasting the polices time over a mask, so sad. You will never get business from us ever again and we have told everyone we know not to shop there. To bad because we spent a lot of money there in the past.

We’ve purchased from the store before, yet this time was a bit above and beyond. Located a part I’ve looked for, what seems like for every. Now my dash cam won’t require removal and charging ever night. The crew and especially the manager were extremely helpful!
They are the best!! We were looking for a printer which if anyone has looked recently they are completely sold out on almost everything. Davis & the Dept Manager were so helpful even though there was nothing to really sell us but as usual at Best Buy they educated us & were able to find a few online for us to talk about at home. I love Best Buy because they are friendly & so helpful.
The only reason I gift a one-star is because zero stars is not an option. I've come to this store several times over the past year and each time I have walked out, no purchase, and feelings of extreme frustration with the lack of service, knowledgeable employees, and willingness to help. Today I went in prepared to spend around 1000 on a home surround sound system. What I found was empty shelves and not a soul to help me with my questions. Check that, I did have a store manager offer me this information, "You're going to have a hard time finding someone to help you around here. I've had to lay-off 70% of my staff." Please, save yourself a horrible experience and avoid this store at all costs.
