5 stars isn't enough! I called for a VERY last minute birthday delivery for my mother-in-law and spoke with the owner, Sherry (I hope I spelled it correctly). She was absolutely FABULOUS. She let me know they had poinsettia's available, which was perfect because they are my MIL's favorite! She provided a description of each and then took payment information after I chose the one we wanted. The entire process was seamless and took all of 5 minutes! She was so kind and polite, seriously some of the best customer service I've ever had. I even called back after we hung up because I forgot to leave a tip for the driver, and she greeted me personally when she answered the phone. Will 100% be using them again, and I highly recommend you do, too!
Great value . Always a pleasure to deal with. Arrangements are always beautiful. They will be my go-to flower shop for local delivery.
Update: The owner called and made things right, is replacing the damaged arrangement. I appreciate them taking care of me.
