For several years me and my wife thought about getting a hot tub and about 4 months ago we finally made it happen with a Bullfrog Spa. First off, the quality of the hot tub is out of this world and you can genuinely tell that the local family really believes in their product and the customer service quality reflects it. Overall, the delivery was great, and the owner really worked with us on getting a couple little things taken care of after the delivery of the Hot Tub. If your looking for a good quality hot tub that’ll last for years to come, with a great warranty and fantastic Local customer service - Bull Frog Spas is the way to go! You won’t be disappointed!

We purchased a semi-inground pool and were told it would take 3 days to install. It took several months! It had a dent on the side which they covered with the wrong coping and we were never shown how to maintain the pool which they said they would do. After many calls they still haven't corrected the coping which they also promised to do. It's been a year and none of this has been taken care of. If you order a pool get every detail and promise in writing. It's a shame they treat customers in this manner because the pool itself is sturdy and would be nice if done right. On a side note Matt and Arlette were nice and did their jobs well. Too bad they didn't let Matt handle the entire project. He knew what he was doing whereas the manager was difficult to deal with and didn't seem to care if things were done properly.
