I loved sending my kids here in the beginning. The preschool teachers are wonderful and attentive to my youngest child with food allergies. The problem with this facility is how they handle the older kids. The bigger kids are allowed to run around and pretty much act out of control. They bully any hurt younger children while the workers sit at a table doing crafts or playing on their phones. My son with ADHD is repeatedly mocked by the so-called Senior staff. In less than a month my child has been shoved by another child which resulted in his arm being broken. He was bitten by another child which left a huge bruise on his back, then another child headbutted him which resulted in damage to his two front teeth. When these incidents were reported to us they acted like it was his fault other children were allowed to hurt him. My kids were always happy and enjoyed going and then suddenly things took a turn for the worse. I am so sad that the older kids are learning that it is ok to torture kids that are younger, smaller and or different.

I just recently started taking my children here and was very hesitant. The director is very polite and answers all questions and is understanding. I have a couple of small issues but that can happen at any daycare. I definitely prefer the evening group of teachers. just because they communicate with me more. the morning staff is very standoffish. The play ground is amazing and looks brand new for toddlers and the older children. A there. And they have a gymnasium in the back which my kids love.
Worse daycare ever. The teachers are bunch of young girls who play on their phones and sit underneath the shade talking to each other rather than watching the kids. My grandchildren have gotten hurt with major bumps and busted lips that could have been prevented if the teachers we're watching them but they weren't. Then they never notified the parents or myself of any of the head traumas. They are rude , unprofessional, don't have a concern or worry on if a child is getting taken care of or not. Don't send your kids to this daycare (if you want to call it a Daycare)
My son even loves going here. He is only 3 and asks on the weekend if he can go to daycare. The staff is great and always willing to help out for extra requests. ( i.e. my son is lactose intolerant and needs extra attention to make sure he doesn't have dairy.) Couldn't ask for a better place to care for him. ( Trust me!! There are some really bad ones)
My son started going to Crossroads Kidz Club a month ago. I was really nervous because my son has ADHD and isn't on any medication so he is all over the place. Due to that, most daycares won't take him. He loves going there everyday it is open and if he could go on the weekends he would. The staff really involve themselves to the children. The feed them great meals and the place is clean.
My daughter has been going here for over a year now and I love the facility. We transferred to them from Childtime due to issues with Childtime's director. I LOVE the directors at Kidz Club. Bryan is always so friendly and accommodating, which is very important as I am a very involved parent. My daughter (pre-k) always asks to go see Randy and is excited to see him when she arrives at daycare. It has an amazing outdoor and gym area. When the weather doesn't permit outdoor play, the children get to have play time in their full size gymnasium. This is awesome to me because physical activity is such an important part of my children's lives. I am not as thrilled about the attitudes of a couple of the teachers, but they are definitely not an accurate reflection of the entire staff. I look forward to my child continuing to learn and grow in this environment. I have recommended this daycare to several people and will continue to do so!!
