I picked this organization to donate to because I like what you stand for but man. This Moore location. We’ve dropped off items twice and it’s been the same man there both times. Both times we’ve carried our items to the truck and before leaving said something like “thanks sir” and don’t even get a word of acknowledgement. I mean, I don’t need a full conversation, but it’s just human common decency to acknowledge someone when they speak to you. Especially if they’ve just taken the time and effort to come donate items to your organization. Just a simple “thanks” in reply would have been better than being ignored. Will be finding a different organization to support.
