Customer service attitude in itself is what makes or breaks a continual customer. Liked the technician the doctor but his receptionist....never again. She must have a very unhappy life or maybe she really has a bad attitude but she cost her boss a future customer. As far as lenscrafters the lady up front was not very friendly. I know I'm older but there still is room for good, smiling customer service. What I have to say to both of those ladies is you cannot possibly be a happy person and treat people the way you do.

Extremely unprofessional when I visited this office. The staff was more concerned with Texas state laws and restaurant practices than helping patients. Optometrist required patients to pay for optional procedures not covered by insurance for eye exams. When I refused the optional procedures, they refused an eye exam all together. Will never visit again and I have reported them to my insurance company. Went down the street and they were happy to provide an eye exam without forcing any optional procedures as a requirement.

Go somewhere else. Fraudulent charges. Shady practice. Tried to rip me off today when I came in with my daughter. Charges for a bogus "mandatory Oklahoma state retinal health exam" and charges the customer a co-payment even when your insurance covers 100% of the exam! Dr. Diaz charges a "mandatory Oklahoma state retinal health exam" fee of 40 dollars. There is no such thing as a mandated OK state retinal exam, folks. This "mandatory Oklahoma state retinal health exam" an optional exam with any other eye doctor. They also charged my wife this fee a few months ago (I was not there or aware of this bogus charge at the time). We will be taking this up with the authorities. I have an annual "no copay" with Aetna yet they tried to charge me a 48 copay. After I brought this up, they insisted the copay was correct. I verified membership number on my charge sheet was correct with my card. I immediately called Aetna to straighten this out and as I was on the phone the receptionist looked up my insurance and magically there was a "no copay" on there now. After I caught the receptionist trying to rip me off she became defensive and refused to take off the "mandatory Oklahoma state retinal health" exam"of 40 off of my charge sheet. That's when I walked out as I'd had enough of Dr. Diaz. My wife has also used Dr. Diaz in the past and, after we discussed the fiasco today, she verified that also charged a "mandatory Oklahoma state retinal health exam" 3 months ago for 40 (which she did not want but paid it because the office explained it was mandatory).

I love this place the staff is amazing they have their prices up front so i know what i am paying. They are also taking the saftey of their patients in to account and doing the photos instead of drops. I also have a very high astigmatisium and my contacts are amazing.

The staff was awesome and extremely fun! They got me in same day with a little to no wait! The doctor was giving me plenty of time and listened to all of my concerns, 100% coming back!

Would rate zero stars if I could. No respect for my wife, and dangerously close to "false advertising" practices. Told her "contact lenses will work, even with you astigmatism" when she received them, (custom ordered, had to pay them FIRST) they sent her home only able to see out of one eye as one lens did not work. On a return appointment (which was scheduled for 1:30 and she was not seen until 2:30) they told her "yes contacts will probably not work and never will work for you" Happy to take our money though and waste our time. DO NOT waste your time going there. I am telling everyone I know about our experience as well. Providing false hope and advertising for your patients, not a strong business model. We will be returning to Visionworks in the Sooner Mall, as we had much better treatment there in the past.

I personally do not recomment this place.... I went there for an eye exam, to get regular glasses ( I have astigmatism ), after the eye exam the doctor comes to me and tells me about wearing contacts will be good for me that It will improve my vision ( i don't know how because people with astigmatism shouldn't wear contacts if its to high ) well the 1st time i was trying the contacts.... the prescrition wasn't right t all, ( it was the 1st time so in my head I was like OK next time it will work), so they order another pair of lenses... For the 2nd time they were better... but also not right, I told the doctor they were moving a lot, mostly the left eye, and I was seeing very blurry, It wasn't right at all anyways in the end he tells me that was going to be my precription and I was like no this is not right I'm not going to buy this, I told them that i wasn't going to pay so I went home, and call again to see if they could get them right... well the 3rd time i had to wait almost 2 hours for being seen... In the end Dr. DIaz tells me they are not going to work for me. I went there to waste my money ( you have to pay even to try contacts) and my time. Also called for a refund to get my regular glasses and they told me they dont do refund ... so this is what to expect from this place if contacts doesn't work for you. He just wants to get you in contacts so He can make money out of you... Very dissapointed.
