A rock hit my windshield going home. It wasn't very big but I didn't want it to get bigger. Called them, made an appointment for the next day. Got there gave them my keys and checked in. In a very short they took my jeep back, fixed it and I was back on the road. You would never know my windshield had ever been cracked. I really appreciate them. Thanks, good job!

We called at 9am on a Friday to order a window for my son's car. We were hoping to find a window to install same day but knowing this may not be possible on such short notice. The lady that answered the phone told us that a window was available and they would be able to get the window delivered to their shop around 2:30pm. We call the shop at 2:30 and are told that they have the glass but the warehouse sent the wrong one!!! This next part is what is ridiculous. It is now the END of the day so pretty much impossible to call any other place to get a window and this lady tells us that their warehouse WILL NOT deliver the correct item today even though it was their fault that the wrong item was delivered. This lady proceeds to tell us that there are other places that MAY be willing to send a technician to the warehouse to pick up the correct item but that they would not be able to send anyone. I literally ask this woman if she was serious! This lady had the nerve to tell me that the warehouse didn't care that it was their mistake, so I ask her if she cared and she still tried to tell me to call someone else so..... that's exactly what I did. I told her that this was the absolute worst customer service and is no way to keep customers and I will never be calling this place for anything else ever again. All she had to do was at least act like she cared that this was their mistake and that now we have no window and on top of it all, rain is in the forecast and we are without a window for the ENTIRE weekend!!!!

Glass was definitely cheaper tham most places. Only complaint is that there was tons of little glass pieces all in my car!! Guess thats the price you pay sometimes. Not happy that i now have to pay to get my car detailef let alome pick the tiny shards on my hand bc i didnt dee the glass at first.

Had two chips in windshield repaired and rear view mirror placed back on windshield. An essential piece was missing from rear view mirror which they quickly resolved. The whole process took 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable & will use in the future if needed. Very highly recommend this business & was very pleased with the entire experience.
