We already had reservations but due to spring break EVERY location were out of cars. They were able to find an Expedition for us and had it ready within 20 minutes. I appreciate the guys at this location. I’ll be returning soon for our next trip.

Great place to quickly rent a car if you live in Moore and don't want to drive to Norman or OKC. People were easy to work with and fast. I have no had any problems here at all. They play Michael Jackson music inside. LOL
Called made a reservation, drove 45 minutes to pick up and no car. "We tried to call" they said. Yea, when they called I picked up and no one spoke, after a whole minute of saying hello. I called back 3 times no pick up. Thanks for the wasted time. Not the first issue we've had with Enterprise. Response to Enterprise, no thank you, your team has screwed us over for the last time, and hopefully more people will be saved the hassle.
10/10 would NOT recommend this location. We rented a car from here to go to Houston and told them we need the drop off location to be in Houston. He said he changed it from Moore to Houston drop off. When we finally made it to Houston, our reservation said it was for drop off in Moore. I informed their CSR and they said this location would call us back to get it figured out. A week later, still no phone call from the manager and we were charged an extra hundred dollars because we returned it a day late since we had to find a location ourselves.
I understand it was spring break,but I reserved a suv online had a reservation number the whole nine yards. Called to schedule a ride from them,and was informed that there were no cars available for rent...... even though I had reserved a suv. Not cool.
Enterprise is good, it really wasn't their fault they didn't have a vehicle for my to drive while state Farm is settling the claim
Rental car was dirty when I picked it up. No walk around inspection during pickup was conducted with employee. Employee noted that there was a half tank of gas when I picked it up when in fact there was only 1/4 of gas in the tank. The change oil light came on half way through my trip so proper maintenance was not conducted before I picked it up.
haven’t even talked to anyone and I already can tell what kind of experience this is going to me. called 30 minutes before close and no one can take my call? someone from this location was supposed to call me before noon. which obviously didn’t happen. so I had to call myself only to be hung up on.
