I rented a condo from Erica for almost two years...and all I can say is professional professional, professional...Her and her husband are the best team of property management I have had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with. The only reason I moved was because I left the state otherwise I will still be there. They kept my lawn cut..and all repair were done in a timely fashion...they come highly recommended and will refer any and everyone I know. She was not only my property manager she was also and still is a great friend.

We rented from Erica for more than 2 years, in two different properties. One winter our heat stopped working, and she had a repair man there in less than an hour! She is very professional, and cares about her tenants. I am very happy that we found her!
You own a property on orchard lane or run it well come deal with your tenant and his dog! You can be held responsible for its damage or anything else. Check your property its a poop show.. Also I'm pretty sure the 20 different people who come and go are not on lease please fix this and help quit animal abuse

I have rented from Erica for over 2 years. We have never had any problems with her. Something happens and they get it fixed right away. So glad to say they are our landlords.
