I'm going to start with I LOVE FIREHOUSE SUBS! And the fact that my sister is a fire fighter, makes what they do that much better. I use to go to this specific Firehouse all the time. I loved the peopled and the atmosphere. The last 3 times I've been to this location has gradually gotten worse. First it was bad service, then it was employees yelling at each other, this last time the food... my Philly cheese steak was cold and the bread was too soggy to hold... I'll find a new location. This one has gone downhill... Also, it is not my job to bring this matter up to the general manager. If you are aware of this situation then you as a company should bring it up to the general manager.

Experienced my first mask problem here. I’m compliant and more than happy to wear a mask and respect the businesses freedom to require masks. What I do no respect is when I’m swiftly sent back out to get a mask from my car when there were two people in there already who had ordered and received their food with no mask in sight and then she continued to make empty excuses backing them up. Good, equal, and fair service is a must for good business and the owner of this franchise gets a big F in this category.
I have never been more humiliated! I came in because of the T-Mobile Tuesday offer and was immediately made to feel like a freeloader for having a coupon! I was told by the incredibly rude African-American lady that this store doesn't \usually\ honor that coupon but I could use it as long as I purchased something \substantial\. BTW, the coupon was for a free medium sub with ANY purchase, NOT what the staff tells me I can purchase. I was made to feel terrible with other customers listening in so I turned around and walked out! This is a terrible way to develop a customer base!! I was SHAMED for never having been there before. I will definitely NEVER go back!!
I'm not going to argue with an employee about extra cheese on my sandwich which I obviously paid for it it's on the receipt if you can't read find another job also how did I pay 33 for 2 sandwiches and we end up having to use our own bread due to how soaking wet the bread is
