My tire has been losing air and I needed it checked. I stopped in and was told I could leave it, and they should be able to get to it by 7pm. (It was 5pm). I asked if they could just air it up and I would be on my way. Suddenly, they could immediately check it. I asked what the fee was for a flat, and was told with tax: 20.16. I was kind of stuck, this was my second shop and I knew there was a problem. I agreed, and when they were done, they said there was a bolt in it. I asked to see the bolt. It wasn't a bolt. It looks like a pocket screwdriver. (Maybe their universal word for a metal object puncturing a tire is, \bolt\). They rang me up, and gave me the total of 23. I asked why it was different from the quote and was told they keyed something wrong. They fixed the error and I paid and left. While it was quick and efficient, I did not get a welcoming feel.

Went in to get my brakes looked at and was told that I needed new brakes, rotors and calipers along with a few other things for almost 2,000. Just took my car to a local mechanic for a 2nd opinion and only being charged 350.00.

Had a busted rim & blown tire from someone loosing something off their trailer on I-35, after buying the tire at one location, rim at another, these guys mounted it for free and made my day.... it was expensive enough as it was but this little gesture went a long way!!! Thanks again!!!

Firestone argued with my daughter on what she needed done to her car and by that I mean that she told them she would get some things done at a later time due to financial reasons and the person she was talking to kept telling her she needed to get it done right then. However, when I called up there and asked them what the issues were with her car they didn't try to insist on telling me what to do. I had no issues when I stated what I wanted done.......... sad you guys take advantage of women like that....... this is 10/13/20 and I have yet to have someone reach out to me from firestone...... sad
