Very Poor and Misleading Service. Stopped in December for quote on wood floors, wanted to patch an area where a wall was removed and get another room changed over from carpet to matching wood. Junebug came out quickly and took the samples back AND told me it could be done, a quote would be coming soon. Then took 3 weeks until I had to contact again, spoke to Kelly who discussed the quote, and then after I received the quote, and two days later when I contacted to come in and make down payment. Got a call/email from Brandi there was a problem -couldn't be found/purchased or done - basically a screw you. No apologizing for their delays, misinformation or lack of care. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! BEWARE!!
