So this rating is more about the selection of merchandise than anything else. Goodwill deserves 5 stars as an organization. This specific location (off of 19th street in Moore) has a very small selection for men. I've had much better luck with the one off off 89th and Penn Ave in south OKC. But with any used clothes store, you get the best out of it the more you go. Every once in a while you'll find a good pair of shoes or nice dress shirt in great condition. Fantastic tool for anyone who is needing to be financially conservative. Last time I went, I found a nice tie for 2 and those shoes where 5

This 5 star rating is because of and for the young man who checked us out, Jackson! Management and corporate office should absolutely hire more employees like him. He is professional, friendly and extremely helpful. He provided the best example of customer service that we have ever witnessed from Goodwill in the past. He is the reason that we will be back!!!!
Always fast and friendly service! They are open to accept donations in addition to shopping. Masks are recommended here, just like other local area businesses. Thank you for staying open during these times!
You never know what you're going to find. Most of the time this location does not carry a lot of great stuff, but every once in a while you'll find something really, really nice. It's always worth the time to stop and look around.
