If your in Moore stop in and ask for Connor, the guy goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are taken care of. I personally had a short deadline to meet and it was asking a lot but Connor made sure it was done. if you want a jeweler that’s reputable and all around stand up guy that treats you like a friend rather than just a customer you can’t go wrong here thank you Conner for getting me laced up for my wedding.

Another "KAREN" there, a Manager "TRAINEE"!!! Not only she was unhelpful, she was rude and arrogant- "I am speaking and not done speaking..", "..I can't call our customer care..", asking her associate to tell us to leave... WOW!!! This is after I took my online order item for resizing under their LCP. I have been a Helzberg customer since 1995 and have been to stores across the country- always had excellent service- whether at any store or their customer care. Of all, a "TRAINEE" behaving like this to a customer? I contacted their SVP and VP for MStore Operations along with Customer Care; waiting for a response. Wish there was "ZERO" stars to give for this store. Soon after, I went to the Mall store, and the need was taken care of quickly- with same information, but they knew how to take care of a customer. Y'all can see my 5 Stars for that store.

Not a good experience at this location. I experienced rudeness while patronizing this location in Moore. Despite recently opening this new store, I was greeted by sarcasm and as I attempted to complete business. I have never experienced the likes of these people in past dealings with Penn Square staff and would prefer to reprimand behaviors such as these.

Ordered my husband a 1600 wedding ring. Where do I start with the problems with this store (mind you I have used Helzburg for over 10 years)! I'll hit the high points. They were suppose to call when it came in early. Did they no! When I finially went to pick up the ring it wasn't even the right one (had to get home to ask my husband to make sure)! There customer service stinks and they are rude! Spent 2.5hrs calling with no answer. Now I get to drive bk another 2hrs to see how they are going to handle this! I will never use this store again or recommend it!!
