As someone who has only a basic understanding of accounting and filing taxes, I highly recommend Jazz and his associates. Jazz has made the entire income tax filing process exceptionally easy and has always provided helpful advice and information to improve my (again, very basic) financial literacy. I have taken my taxes abd business to this place a few times now. The wife wasnt sure why it was necessary to stick with them. I said because they have our records. She goes in as i was at work, came back home and had nothing but good things to say. Jazz was the one who helped her. She described him as one of the most efficient and professional person she has ever dealt with. She described him as very welcoming. She didn't even know his name. I smiled and told her the older lady is who earned my business based on the same impression and experience she had with jazz. This family knows how, when and all the ways needed to get things done. I called moore to know who helped my wife and Jazz told me it was him and that the older lady is his family member too. Good job guys! Jazz.... my wife wont file anymore taxes or do any accounting biz now without Moore's helping out. Way to go!
Made an appointment, NO ONE WAS EVEN THERE. There is no signage to show where this business is and no one answered the phone 3 times. Finally found it in the back of the UPS store, sat at the desk and waited 15 mins to finally realize no one was even there. This time they answered the phone and told us they were out and about in Burnaby. At this point we were nearly 20 minutes into our appointment, and we let them know ahead of time we were coming with a baby and needed to work quickly if possible and were assured this was fine. This business is very unprofessional, do not waste your time.
Jazz is very knowledgeable and professional. He is very willing to sit down with you and explain the tax procedure. Jazz is kind, courteous and polite. I really recommend working with Jazz and Moore Income Tax.
This is our 3rd year using Moore services and will absolutely keep coming back. They are honest, quick, and very reasonably priced.
