I could not get app to work per the directions on designated parking for curbside pickup. Finally decided to do pickup instead. When walking to the door saw sign with directions for curbside pickup. These directions should have been on the parking signs. Went into JCP and did not see any signs for customer pickup. Finally found an employee who said it was at customer service which is in the very back of the store. Even though I have been vaccinated and have passed the 2 week waiting period I am a person with medical conditions. I did not feel safe walking all the way through the store.

Unfortunately, the Midwest City J C Penney location closed its doors for good this past summer. This was all part of the decision made by their executive management last year in 2019. Shoppers in this area now have to travel to Penn Square, Edmond and Moore storefronts for their J C Penny shopping needs. This is really too bad since Midwest City's store was so convenient and offered everything the remaining stores offer. The 5-Stars is left for the employees that provided quality service.

Found what I came for. I understand with Covid, but I really wished they'd open the fitting room by womans. Walking from one end of the store to the other (a couple of times) and then the lines to wait, it would be more convenient. Other than that, everything went great. Masks on and hand sanitizer to use.

I bought several clearance items. However I had gone to JCP to purchase summer clothes and didn't fine colorful pedal pushers or capris that I liked I did not want Capri's without pockets or more jeans. So I will shop other places.

Has some excellent items and some good prices. Need to watch the ads and use coupons for best savings. Bought socks and other underclothes items 2 for one that make the price for the quality items better than Walmart or Kohls. Jackets for the men in my life were classy, comfortable and warm. Bought sheets and a new set of dishes for the holidays, making my trip a complete success. Will be back for Mason jar decorator salt/pepper shakers .....and the mug and pitcher set!

Very friendly welcoming at the door even in this cold weather we are having.. found the shirt I was looking for, went to pay. The nice lady found me a great discount on the app and saved me a few dollars . The ladies of JC Penneys rock

They have really good deals on their clearance racks of you'll just take the time to look through them
