Bean And Cornbread

If you are a person of color please do not go to this facility. They are very pleasant with you until it’s time for billing and they will have you robbing Peter to pay Paul for something so simple. The glasses are for older people just to make you aware. And one week outside of my really good insurance I paid over 1000 of hidden charges that they decided to perform. I repeat do not go here. Horrible doesn’t even discribe!

They completely botched my appointment time compared to what they told me. I asked to speak with a manager about the mix up, and I almost had to force the front lady to let me speak to someone that actually is in charge. The manager asked me to wait around until after lunch. Again this is their mix up. I declined. If your time is important to you, go somewhere else. If you don't mind waiting around for hours, then they'll be just fine for you.

*Pink Eye* My 1st review, ever. Giving 1 star is generous. You’ll wait over an hour to see this doctor, every time. My wife got pink eye in BOTH eyes 24 hours after visit. Massengale says come back, no copay. Then says “not my problem & you can pay my copay again.” So I had to get radical, raise my voice & teach this office how to treat a customer. Then I got an arrogant letter from Mr. Wonderful banning us for life. Goal achieved. (I’ll take this down if the doctor would like to make a 500 donation to Feed the Children, to right the wrong of damaging my wife’s credit by turning over a phony invoice to a Bill collector )

I’ve been going here for a good 4 years and they all are just so sweet and funny and just make you feel so welcomed. They have helped me find so many pares of glasses and I’ve broken mine many times to and they have gone out the way to fix them or just given me temporary frames with no charge. I will be staying her and I very very much awe them a lot of thanks.
