Oil change
I went in to get my car checked out due to a check engine light. They informed me that with a diagnostic test they would figure out the problem and get it fixed. The diagnostic test itself is 109 just for them to tell you what is wrong with the car. The test results came back saying 2 sensors needed to be replace ( oxygen sensor & fuel to air ratio sensor). I went ahead with their quote of 483 that included the test, 2 sensors replacements, and labor. After picking up my car, on my home the light came back on so I took it back to them the next day. They ran another test (no charge this time) and quoted me an additional 400 for a new catalytic converter to fix the issue. I declined the new quote and informed them that this should have been included in the first quote. I asked for a refund since they did not fix my issue and they declined to give me my money back. After the first quote they guaranteed my issue would be fixed and it was not. So why would I take their word a second time? Save the trouble and money and take your car some where else.

The guys at Meineke have taken care of our family’s vehicles several times and we are always so pleased with the service. They are fast, friendly, polite, and affordable. I also appreciate that I can go in as a woman without my husband and I’m not treated with any less respect than I’d get if he were there. On a routine oil change the technician made me aware that oil level was low and showed signs of leak. Recommended I visit dealership for diagnosis. Turned out there was an oil leak under the timing chain cover. So greatfull they made me aware of this, saved me serious troubles!! Thank you Meineke!!
I just love our Meineke ! The guys are super considerate & professional, and they always move quickly but do an amazing job. They always charge a fair price and they go above and beyond. There are tons of shops in our area, but we always go to these guys. Such a small town feel. It’s so great to have shops like them who really take care of you!
