I have a hard time finding clothes because I'm tall so I was told to try this store. I decided to give it a try, walked around, looking for my size, I decided to walk up to the counter for help. 3 employees behind the counter. I just stood there as they ignored me and began to talk about what they wanted for lunch. To say the least, after standing there for about 3 minutes totally ignored I just walked out. Sad too because I know they would have had something my size. The worst customer service I've ever seen. (No service).

We went in to just see how the prices are. They are a little high. But after dealing with such a nice, friendly, and knowledge rep, we ended up buying everything and even more than expected. He gave us discounts on everything because they have a law enforcement discount! We walked in, told him the colors we were looking for, he put a whole outfit together in a matter of minutes! And we even got a reward card with them. FYI.... pant alterations are done in the store and only takes 10 minutes! Awesome! Below is a picture of the building and the business card of our rep.

I have been to two different men’s wear house in town and both were an awful experience. Firstly they do not let you schedule appointments to be fitted and I am an extremely busy person so I can wait an hour to be seen for a fitting. Secondly good luck if you want to use the restroom during your wait. Apparently they can have crowds of people come in yet can’t let you use the bathroom because of COVID. 3rd thing they have disrespectful employees that get annoyed when coming in to be fitted. Apparently if you are not new business they would rather you not come in at all.. I will not be getting anything for my wedding from this place

Great place to rent a suit or tux, as long as you get the right employee. Had to have measurements redone on myself and several groomsmen due to the person who originally measured them doing it wrong. Otherwise the process was fairly simple and it was easy to get everything we needed.

Lisa was super helpful!! We got everything set up. She made it a super smooth process! Definitely recommend Mens Warehouse for all suit and tux needs!

Our experience here was memorable, but not in a way that is nice. No one greeted us at time of entry to the store. We were not waited on. And after calling ahead to see if appointment was needed for a fitting of dress shirts, was told "no. you just come in." I brought my father and the groom to be fitted. We had to wait a total of 15 minutes before ever rec'ng help or being told to sign in. This was our first time ever being in a Men's Warehouse. We were almost cut in line, after having to sign in. Thankfully for my mother, we were able to get seen when we did. The associate we had was extremely rude and the attitude given back was that she would rather be anywhere but there. The other two associates that were also working there, made eye contact several times and made no attempt to ask if we had been helped or if we had signed in. The associate that came to measure my groom and father made the comment to my father "he's just not used to wearing dress shirts." As if able to make that assumption from appearance alone. We did buy two dress shirts from them, only because we were short on time and the color was ok. We were also told for my groom, that we would be lucky to even find a color shirt in a dark purple, in his size in the metro area. We could try a different store off NW 23rd. Kohl's actually ended up having the exact shirt and size. Very unimpressed with the service. The quality of the shirts were good and arrived on time. Will not ever go back here. Actually asked around to see if this was the same experience everyone had had, who had been there. Yes. No one recommended this place. Need to hire new staff.

I ordered online and tried on and picked up in the store for my son's Prom. The clerk was very knowledge and helpful. I will definitely be returning for any future needs.
