I wish more stores would train on customer service. Just being friendly would be a plus. Say “hi” to your customers! Listen to their response. Was In the store for 20 minutes. Not one person acknowledged me. Top came off a box and spilled out. Got in the floor to pick it up. Stood up bottom fell out. Got in the floor again. Still not one person acknowledged me. Then went to check out no one at the registers. Several at the customer service desk. Had to ask where to check out. Got a NOD be there in a minute. Really???? Asked for some tape e plainer about the spilling the lady actually got the tape and threw it on the counter. Taped it myself!! I’m a pretty good taper upper I found out. Also can talk to myself well because no one in that store was listening. Oh well, there is always staples. Or better yet online (not Office Depot) is looking better and better. I found I am good at talking to myself, finding what I need , and cleaning up after myself.

Very helpful associates that took me right to what I asked for. The cropped and printed a picture from my thumb drive also. Quick, professional, and knowledgeable at a fair price
8 PM at night several employees only one at counter which had zero customer service. I will give him credit he gladly came from around the counter to help the teeny bopper making copies.
It was a nice clean store. Someone noticed me immediately and asked if they could help me. And they did, they guided me to the proper place in the store
I've been to this Office Depot several times. They have a fairly fast print department. The people are usually friendly and helpful. They are happy to offer suggestions for solutions.
I have been there many times. This time there was a young man that was eager to help me find what I needed. Great customer service!
The manager she is mean. She never smile, apologize for her mistakes, and barely talk to you. She gives bad costumer service. She usually make a bad quality job, and the way she treat me make me feel like I'm doing something wrong. Last time, I have to reject a job because of bad quality. I left the store frustrated, not because the job, but because the way she treated me. She needs more training on how to care for costumer. We all have bad days, but why make others one's days miserable too?
Ms. Mandy at the printing section is so sweet and helpful! After dealing with an unhelpful supervisor she made my stressful night really nice with her bubbly personality! ️
