We had been shopping the internet for a certain floor plan we liked. Came across the Cougar 337FLS at OKRVC. Sent an email and received a prompt response from a salesman named \Doc\ . Went back and forth with questions and pictures and I finally offered him a price. He got back to me and said they would except, no haggling! We arranged a pick up date and that was that. Now, we are driving from Vermont, so a couple days before our departure, I sent Doc an email to confirm everything was still a go, no response. Second email, no response. Made a phone call and after chatting with Chris, he informed me Doc had moved on and we got things back on track. Made the 1500 mile trip and arrived to pick up our Cougar. Diane met us at the door and was very pleasant offering us coffee and water. We did the walk through and a few things needed to be addressed and the service department was all over it. Hooked up, did hugs and pictures and headed back to Maple Syrup, Cabot Cheese and Ben and Jerry's Ice cream! OKRVC was a pleasure to do business with, very accommodating, polite and professional.

What an amazing experience! From start to finish, the process of buying our dream trailer was everything we hoped it would be. Diane and Chris made this purchase a memory- which is what it should be. We got a great deal on our new RV. The staff was very friendly and mostly helpful. We had been unable to get a bin we left in our pop up camper and asked staff to please save it for us when they open it. We followed up a week later to see about getting it and they had sold the camper, bin and all.
