PLEASE..PLEASE DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE especially if you’re a military family and crunched for time. We reserved about 3 weeks ago for a 26’ foot truck and a car carrier. We get there and there is NO TRUCK! we then are sent to Home Depot in Norman. They could’ve called us ahead of time and let us know what was going on since we booked 3 WEEKS AGO! but cool no problem. We then have to come back to this place to pick up the car carrier and guess what?! They lock the car carrier and nobody onsite has access to unlock it! Not even the manager. We all understand things happen especially amidst this pandemic BUT how do you not let us know in advance so we can change plans if need be! Common now! Please improve your work ethic especially when a reservation is already payed for. Rant over...

I returned a truck that brought from PA. Staff was very friendly and one of staff helped me unload a car and take off a trailer like a friend. Good service experience in PA and OK. :)! I become a fan of Penske
They don't pick up their phone during business hours.
