Randy Carter is the BEST he has a big heart for his patients and always takes time with his patients as well. If you are looking for a Doctor this is a great place for sure.

I have been seeing Dr. Carter for about 5 years now. (I know he is a PA, but he is my Doctor.) The office is very accommodating with appointments. More than once I have called in the morning and gotten in that afternoon. Usually the worst I have to do is wait till the next day. The waiting area, is large, and usually fairly empty. He has one of the best bedside manners I have ever seen. I do not feel rushed, and he takes the time to answer questions. When he comes in, he doesn't say OK, this is what is wrong. He asks questions that may seem out in left field at times, but they usually are leading to something he thinks could be wrong. One thing I really do like about him, he is honest. If the baby is ugly, the baby is ugly. He is not afraid to say the truth, even if you don't want to hear it. He is not afraid to do referrals when it is beyond his specialty. When I needed to see someone for my shoulder, he tried an anti-inflammatory then steroids, but sent me to a specialist. I have seen a lot of doctors throughout my life, but there are three that truly stand out for good reasons. Dr. Carter is one of them. He is not afraid to look to find answers, even if it means a whole bunch of lab-work that doesn't hurt him. He does have a sense of humor too, which is a good thing to me. I will highly recommend him, or any of the other PAs in the office at Alliance Health Moore!
