I hope no one else goes through what I have on a simple car accident. My daughter was hit from behind on a Sunday. I called Ryan but it was Sunday so his office was closed so it kicked me to the 800 farmers customer service. I was assigned the first Adjuster. I was told the adjuster would reach out to me in 24 hrs. It’s now Tuesday no respond going on 48 hrs and I had to call Farmers. They took down the same questions they asked on Sunday lol. Then Wednesday rolls around still no word when Ryan’s secretary reaches out and wants all the same information and tells me Ryan will be my new adjuster lol. Look this guy asked me why I didn’t call him first well I did he don’t work weekends good luck and I hope this helps make your mind up when using Farmers or this agent.
