Uncomfortable Truth

They are committing fraud by doing bad faith by pulling a rental car out from under me and refusing to pay for my vehicle that was parked in my yard that their client hit. The adjuster never came out and looked at my vehicle that is totaled, and the trunk keeps flying open and the tail light is busted into pieces and taped up with red tape. But they say they're not responsible for it and now I've had to go and file claims not only with the national insurance fraud division but with the Oklahoma national fraud prevention for insurance. On top of that I've had to hire an attorney because they are practicing bad faith and they're not going to fix your car when their client hits it. I have been absolutely disrespected by a woman named Bobby Kerr that represent Shelter Insurance. The vehicle is not fixed it's not even in the shop and I just had to order the parts today but they think it's okay to take full responsibility for it and then only pay what they want to and leave me with a broken car that is not legal to drive on the road. I would stay very clear of this insurance agency and I would stake very clear of anything to do with Shelter Insurance. It's a shame that you can take responsibility for something but only pay what you want to pay and leave me with a car that is not roadworthy or street legal. I'll hire an attorney and we'll see how much they want to pay then because that's what I have already done. Shady Shady Place, Shady Shady business practices, but bad faith insurance is illegal and I'll stop at nothing to bury everyone of them for the way that they're treating me, unfairly, unjustly, and in bad faith
