The coffee is consistent with that of the chain's other stores in the area, and the staff is always friendly. But I'm knocking off two stars because it's so difficult to get in and out of compared to other Starbucks locations nearby. The parking lot is very poorly designed and quite small for such a busy location right off the interstate. It's such a hassle that I only go here if none of the other Starbucks in the area have what I want in stock because they've sold out of it, even if this one is the closest. I'd never go here if I were in a hurry. Even so, I pretty much always leave thinking it wasn't worth it and I should've sucked it up and gotten something else from a different location.
Parking lot is trash. I really hope corporate decides to expand it for the customers but especially the employees who can't even leave work in a timely manner. Employees are always kind and are working as fast as they can when they are busy. Rated 4 for employees but trash parking lot.
Besides the long wait once we ordered it went fast! Our server was pretty awesome his name was Colin!! He most definitely brightened our day!! Kudos Colin!!
Love their Teas, refresher drinks and Frappuccino. Just so slow even when ordering ahead with app.
Everyone is always so happy.. There is always good energy when you walk in the door!! Getting a welcome as you come in!! I love that I could always ask for recommendations and leave satisfied!!
I generally stop here when I'm in the area because the location is convenient, but I honestly regret it when I do. Don't try to walk in and order. It will take forever because they are swamped with other orders, either drive thru or online. Order ahead and it might be ready by the time you get there. Definitely don't use the drive thru because you will sit in line forever. I usually try to park and walk in, but that is hard to do because the tiny parking lot is completely jammed with cars waiting for the drive thru, so you will still have to wait for the drive thru line just so you can get to a parking space.
