I have been storing my belongings at Tower storage since the business was known as Apple Tree storage. The ownership has changed in the last 3 or 4 years but the lady behind the counter is still there and she runs that facility exceptionally well. Her name is Christine and she is the office manager. Always courteous and having a smile on her face, she is eager to please and answer any questions you might have. The office is clean, as are the grounds. My unit was presented to me swept and serviceable, and the rent and contract were explained to me thoroughly. Over the years I have gotten curious as to the local competition's prices, but I have always found that Tower Storage beats them all! Thanks Christine for all that you do!

Great storage facility used for over 2 years just moved out zero complaints and prices are some of the best around!
This place doesn't give credit back. My daughter used it for 1 month. She went 6 days into the next month and moved out. She thought she would get a refund for the remainder of the month that was paid in full at the begining but was wrong. Go to another storage. There are several in Moore that do better business
I had several discrepancies during my initial interactions with this company. Through communication, and a personable face to face conversation my previous opinion has been turned around. The lady with the red hair is really good at her representation of the company. She is seemingly the most thorough and grounded. Based on her I felt a change of heart.
