Ordered 2x pizza on line at 17.20 on Friday for delivery 19.00 had to ring up at 19.15 to be told it would be a couple of minutes 10 mins later delivery made. Pizza was cold and chips limp and cool. Got a refund but no apology apart from the delivery driver who brought the cash to the house. Very disappointed shall not order again from here

I order pizzas from here and they’re normally quite nice but tonight I ordered a kebab and pizza and I’m quite disappointed. The kebab is dripping in grease, I understand kebab can be a little greasy but not how this was. There is a pool of grease at the bottom of the tray. I rang to ask for a refund, I was offered a fresh kebab which I declined as I didn’t want it to be the same but if I wanted a refund I would need to come into the shop as they don’t have a spare driver to deliver my refund?

Very poor, been ordering here for a year, 2 months of poor quality, below standard cold and late food. Only willing to give half price food on next order after sending out cold food, I difnt want to order again and they refused a refund. Disgraceful!
