I have nothing but good things to say about Moorestown Dermatology having been a patient for a very long time and find the doctors and the staff very caring and efficient. On my recent visit for my regular exam, I was a bit concerned because of the coronavirus, however, I was extremely comfortable with all the precautions they took. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Camishion and her care.

I appreciated the care that the staff took in terms of keeping the waiting room from being too full given the current climate. I was a new patient. Outside of that, I had a bad experience. While I sat in the exam room, there was absolute panic and frenzy going on outside. After waiting 30 minutes in the room for the doctor, she came in. I explained that I was in because of a few different concerns, and I noted that I had recently been pregnant but sadly, my son had died in childbirth. The doctor then asked if I was breastfeeding, since I’d been pregnant... less than 3 minutes after I told her my son died. It made me quite certain that she paid no attention to me or my chart at all. On top of that, on the way out, there was still panic amongst the staff. I asked 3 people what had happened, because at this point I was both annoyed at the doctor and concerned, and finally a nurse told me that someone who had recently recovered from coronavirus came in, but that I should be OK. I get that these things cannot be controlled, but the chaos around it felt very unprofessional. And, if it were something serious like an active case- shouldn’t the patients have been notified? I went home, took a steaming hot shower, and decided I definitely needed to find a different new dermatologist.

I've been going to this practice for many years and have always had a great experience. My most recent visit was another example of the professionalism and caring that are the hallmarks of Moorestown Dermatology. Admittedly, I was nervous about going during the pandemic but I felt comfortable and safe from the moment I arrived. They gave me a temperature check and screening before I even entered the office. Once inside, the waiting room was set up to insure good social distancing. After a short wait I was taken to a room where Dr. Camishion arrived soon thereafter to meet with me. Dr. Camishion gave me a thorough exam, taking the time to review my history and answer my questions in a kind and caring manner. Checking out, the receptionist was very conscious of keeping my transaction germ-free and happily and efficiently made my next appointment for me. This is an excellent practice and I would recommend it to anyone.

I scheduled my yearly appointment a year ahead of time. Every year, I go on Martin Luther King's day since I have off. I work far away and cannot get there during normal business hours. I see Dr. Foti every year. This year, for some unknown reason, they scheduled my appointment with another doctor and when I showed up they realized their mistake and advised me that they would squeeze me in. I waited for over an hour, watching 8 different people come in and get called. I advised them that I had another appointment, but it didn't matter. After an hour waiting, I had to leave. I find it very unprofessional and irresponsible .
