Average at best. Massage was below average. Room was cold and masseuse never asked what I wanted or if she could make me comfortable. “Get em get em out”

There are many amazing places in our area, however Diantha is INCREDIBLE and consistent. Three times a year, I splurge for a 90 minute massage and every time I leave renewed, relaxed and refocused. Diantha listens, understands and applies exactly what my body needs! There is no rush, long pauses - just a flowing technique and healing!!!! Thank you Diantha!!!! Until next time....

My husband bought me a gift card for the relax package for my birthday. The massage was excellent. However, I wouldn’t return. I did not receive the services advertised. The relax package is suppose to come with a “savory fruit and cream foot bath.” I received a hot water bath with salt... Once my massage was over I brought the discrepancy to the attention of 3 women at the front desk who basically acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. I was told “sorry, I’m not sure what she used. Here’s a 10 dollar coupon and some samples.” Why would I come back if you can’t provide the services advertised? I’ll continue to go to massage envy.

I LOVE Ahlara. Erin is my new favorite massage therapist, and I try and add a little extra something to each appointment to feel special. I think that is the reason why I love it so much...it's because when I come in, I feel special and pampered. Even in COVID without the Zen Den and fancy robe experience, I felt relaxed and loved and that is pretty cool. To me, Ahlara is a premium spa experience that I appreciate and relish each occasion that I am able to go.

Had a gift card given to me as a gift, which the giver didn’t tell me it would expire. Usually they don’t have an expiration date. If you’re giving a gift-card , a gift shouldn’t expire especially when the person paid money for a gift card to give you. What a waste of money. They actually kept the money that was paid from the gift card that was given to me . Will never do Business with them! Poor customer service!!
