Do not shop here if you are looking for good customer service. This is twice I have been to the store to purchase cosmetics and both times they have been out of the product that I have needed. The lady that waited on me acted like I bothered her she was not helpful at all. Sorry Belk but you need to do better and get the rude employees out of your store.
good deals on great products, but if covid is a precaution and contactless is part of it.. why block the automatic opening doors with carts so that everyone has to touch the handled doors, defeats the purpose of minimizing the spread of germs from unsanitized hands from touching faces, others hands. Not to mention it renders access useless by handicap or special needs persons from using the doors for their intended purpose.
Clean, well lit, nice area. Alot of sales of summer items and not much new. A few empty shelves but its all due to covid and its limitations. Its nice to have a pricier option in town.
