Poor customer service. Bought a 10 ft solar umbrella from dunhams made by them. Card came with it saying to contact them if missing any parts and not to take back to retailer. I wad missing the solar panel and the bomts to put together with the instructions. Their response to me was where did i purchase and you will need to pay shipping and handling since this isn't a warranty issue or i could take back to store if i wanted to avoid those costs. Do not buy anything made by them. Do not buy any patio furniture from dunhams.

Reading Is Fundamental...again... Last month they sent me the wrong Phi Villa patio chairs by Overstock THREE TIMES and the CHAIR PICTURE IS ON THE BOX . They finally had to admit chairs were "Outtastock" and the ones they sent weren't even sold by Overstock. Ugh.
