Staff is courteous and friendly. You can ask to speak to Dr. and within 20-30 minutes Dr Dawn will call you back. Explains all details of orthodontic plan, no hidden surprises. You are a patient, not a number. Always willing to help work around scheduling needs. Todd and I would highly recommend.

We are on our third set of braces with Dr. Wilhite. We love her and the entire staff. She goes out of her way to make my children feel comfortable and help us all understand the process. We travel from Cornelius to see her because of her attentiveness and caring nature. I have two more children who will need braces over the next several years and I cannot imagine trusting anyone else with their orthodontic needs.
Always the best attitude towards patients!! She makes me feel so good about the plan for my teeth. The staff is so supportive and engaged in the personal care.
Dr Wilhite & her staff are awesome from start to finish. We had consultations which transitioned us nicely into both of my kids having braces. She is a very compassionate & giving person as well. Her skills & expertise are the best!
Dr. Wilhite is kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. Both of my children have received orthodontic treatment from her and we have nothing but great things to say about this practice. Check-ups are always quick and scheduling is easy. I highly recommend her services!
The worst experience my family has had with any dentist. If you are looking for an orthodontist that does good work, has integrity, and is customer focus, find another orthodontist. When her service doesn't deliver the solution she promised, she blames it on the customer and ask for more money to fix the original problem. Once your 1 year period is up, regardless of whether her services worked or not or whether you followed all her recommendations 100%, she is done with you (unless you are willing to repay for the services). Extremely disappointed!
Dr. Wilhite and her staff are absolutely incredible. I had a horrible experience with an orthodontist previous to her, and she welcomed me to her office with open arms. They took care of me the same day, and made sure that I was happy! I can't possibly thank them enough for being so kind (I honestly wish I could give them more stars). 10/10 service and care. I highly recommend Dr. Wilhite!!!!
Both of my boys had their braces at Dawn's. A great experience and helpful staff. Highly recommend if you're in the market for an orthodontist.
