This spot is the go to for hose. Got my very specific order for industrial grade hoses (mill) and hardware to me quick, correct, and free shipping. My online payment did not work, but a quick call to the service center with my order number got it done.

Customer service addressed an issue with an incorrect product listing. I purchased three 100' 2" discharge hoses and am happy with the quality. The product listing incorrectly stated the male connector was NPT threads instead of NPSH. They sent me an adapter free of charge for the trouble since I needed to convert one end to NPT and the product description was wrong. I would definitely feel comfortable buying from them again based on the good customer service experience.

Fire Hose Direct refused to correct their error. After calling and speaking directly with a sales person to order a very specific hose attachment, it turned out it was wrong based on the information give to me over the phone. When I called them to return it, they refused to pay for shipping, stating it was my error. In reality, it was their sales rep error and they refused to make the situation right. I won't be doing business with this company again.

Good quality product, but they shipped the wrong connectors. Then they offered to send me an adapter but I would need to buy a new nozzle for the hose and they would not even provide a discount. I agreed to this resolution with the understanding the product would be shipped from the local warehouse. Nope. Instead it took a full extra week to get the corrected product, it wasn't expedited shipping either. When I wrote the sales agent asking why it was shipped from across the country instead of locally, I didn't even receive an apology... only a short reply that the nozzle wasn't in the local warehouse (despite this was not what was agreed to.) When the nozzle finally arrived, it's performance wasn't good and the sales representative had enough information from me that he could and should have pointed me toward a more appropriate product. At the end of the day I can't say this was a great experience, and was particularly disappointed with the lack of empathy and concern for correcting the warehouse's shipping error in the customer's favor.
