Just purchased a new queen mattress from Deon and it was an excellent experience. Deon was very friendly and even though he was helping another customer when I came in, he greeted me and kept me informed of when he would be able to assist me. Awesome experience!
We came in looking to buy a new mattress as the one we had was very old. Matthew Lenderman helped out through the entire process to ensure we got the best fit for us. He was very polite and easy to talk to. A lot of things I was having trouble finding the information for online he was very knowledgeable about. I would have had a very hard time deciding without the help of Matthew and wouldn't have felt nearly as confident about my decision. Mattress firm was the right place and I'm very glad we went there!

At the Mooresville location of Mattress Firm, the location is fantastic! They provided me with extremely thorough details pertaining to all aspects of the products and are always giving the customer the best possible deal! Very friendly and inviting atmosphere. Clearly, the store is very knowledgeable and is great with dealing with customers needs, preferences, and price point. The entire experience was fantastic and I would recommend this store location to anyone in search of a great mattress or other accessories. DEON EGLESTON was the employer who handled my entire experience at this Mooresville location for any reference when visiting the store.
John had the best friendly personality and was most helpful in all our aspects of our perchance. I plan to send additional people to see him in the future.
