Amazing food and a unique restaurant theme. A little bit of soul food mixed with Ren noodle soup. The bowls are big so you definitely get what you pay for. Service is quick and pleasant.
To start I’ve been trying to go to this place for almost a month. One thing or another seemed to prevent that from happening. Finnally got to today and it was by all rights worth the wait for sure! I ordered Ramen while the wife had build your own poke bowl (just started today). They were both well beyond expectation. Everything from the fresh ingredients to the phenomenal presentation was to die for and that’s just the food. All the while the atmosphere and decor are up to date and very comforting. Music themed art is always very cool. The staff and service as well are far from sub par the general manager made sure to make and aperance to make sure everything was going well. The waitress was sweet and knowledgeable as well as willing to answer any questions we had. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dining area in the Lake Norman area.
Nashville has spoiled me with ramen. This is VERY AMERICANIZED ramen. Some of the pork tasted like straight bacon. The service was good and outdoor seating on a beautiful day is a bonus. The best part about this dish was the consistency of the noodles. They were actually quite spot on! I got Tonkatsu with the ghost chili and the spice level could've been more prevelant. Overall, I probably wouldn't come back here again.
First time here and fell in love with it. I had the Ginger Miso one. This is the best ramen I’ve ever had in my life. Staff is very friendly. Clean and nice.

If I could give Ramen Soul more stars, I would give them a ton! We made the trip from Hickory, N.C. just to eat here, and they did not disappoint!!! I am still dreaming about the 24 hour pork broth the chefs prepared for my ramen bowl. It was absolutely DELICIOUS!! I seriously cannot wait to bring more friends! Mackenzie, our server, and bartender walked us through every course, and the menu. Her knowledge was unbelievable, and she made our visit perfect!! (Go see her) If you are wanting a great satisfying meal go to Ramen Soul..You will be very HAPPY!!
